“I had been regretting not keeping up the yoga I practiced 15-20 years ago. A friend introduced me to one of Anna’s taster classes, which I enjoyed, but struggled a bit with some postures due to arthritic hands, wrists and knees. So I decided to try Anna’s chair yoga class in Dunbarney Church Hall, which I’m loving and look forward to every week. I’m gradually becoming a bit more supple and also enjoying better sleep. The sessions end with a guided meditation which leaves me totally ‘chilled out’ and feeling like I could float home.
