Wellness for the Wild at Heart.

Welcome to The Yogi Space. Your space for yoga, wild swimming, sauna sessions, and nature therapy on Scotland’s stunning shores and Lochs.

Whether you’re rolling out your mat for sunset yoga, taking an invigorating dip in the sea, or sharing family yoga moments with loved ones, each experience is designed thoughtfully, to nurture your body, mind and soul.

I’m Anna, The face behind The Yogi Space.

I believe the most powerful therapy comes from nature – fresh air, open water and mindful movement. I guide sessions that combine yoga, wild swimming, contrast therapy and seasonal workshops, helping people reconnect with their bodies and the outdoors.

I’m a 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher and qualified personal trainer, with over 12 years experience in the wellness industry. My journey has taken me from some of London’s most inspiring gyms and studios to the tranquil settings of Gleneagles and Perthshire. Along the way, i’ve helped clients transform their fitness, guided countless women into the sea, and ignited a passion for yoga in people who never imagined it could be for them. With certifications in cold water therapy and mental health first aid, I love supporting others to step out of their comfort zone and discover their inner strength, balance and confidence using a rich toolkit of breathwork, meditation, movement, and nature. I’d love to help you do the same!

Customer Testimonials

Jo Hull, Forgandenny.

“I’ve returned to yoga after a 15 year break and Anna’s hatha yoga is a lovely restorative class. Definitely feeling the benefits already and I’m enjoying regaining my flexibility. Anna is very clear in explaining the different poses and how to link these with the breathing and also how to extend the pose as flexibility increases. A lovely class.”

Vicki Robb, Bridge of Earn.

“Have been going to Anna’s yoga class for the last few weeks, and have loved it. Anna is friendly and puts you at ease from the minute you walk through the door. She explains everything well, so even if you haven’t done yoga before you still know what you’re doing. After each class I feel totally relaxed and stress free, I sleep better and am actually starting to feel more flexible each time I go to class. Highly recommend this class.”

Anne Larg, Bridge of Earn

“I am loving getting back to practicing yoga regularly and using my breathing properly.

Anna explains each pose clearly and explains where we will feel the stretch.

Her instructions are given step by step and are easy to follow and the class always ends with a short relaxing meditation.

I thoroughly recommend her Hatha Yoga class even if you have never tried yoga before.”

Irene Johnston, Bridge of Earn.

“I had been regretting not keeping up the yoga I practiced 15-20 years ago. A friend introduced me to one of Anna’s taster classes, which I enjoyed, but struggled a bit with some postures due to arthritic hands, wrists and knees. So I decided to try Anna’s chair yoga class in Dunbarney Church Hall, which I’m loving and look forward to every week. I’m gradually becoming a bit more supple and also enjoying better sleep. The sessions end with a guided meditation which leaves me totally ‘chilled out’ and feeling like I could float home.  I highly recommend this class if your mobility isn’t quite what it used to be.”
